Linda Arkelian invites various artists to come and participate in what she calls ”Bringing Artists Together”.

Visiting her weekend ballet classes are photographers, film makers, musicians and artists.

Here is the first half of my “doc” shot in New York for the

two week workshop, The Film Makers Intensive. It’s a

short portrait of Raheem who survives off what he makes

playing chess in the park. There is a third act to the story

that I hope to finish since I ran out of time to edit so much

footage. Learned a lot about capturing sound in the street.
